Hairdressers are always having conversations with their clients. We talk about everything under the sun. Though I try to keep the conversation on what I am doing, sometimes to lighten the "atmosphere" and to make "small talk" we talk about our pets. Everybody likes pets and like talking about them. I have headed this page as rare mutations (not that the colors of these birds might be rare). But, not having much time to search the internet, have not seen many birds like these. The little searching that I have done I have found only what is termed red-suffused. The websites gives a lot of scientific data but not much of pictures so I can compare, and I don't have too much time to read. In looking at these birds I think they are more than red suffused. I would like to hear what you think. I have seen birds with red heads as the one in the last frame in the second row, but this one has a red head and red on it`s body too. The red headed birds that I saw in the internet are called opalines, I would like to know what these are called. Red is a very exciting color and these birds sure look exotic. I have put up these pages so that I can share this excitement with you and the world. I hope you enjoy them. I thank you for the visit. Please use the e-mail link at the bottom of this page to send your comments etc. I would like to hear from you. |
